Myrza Mendez-Torres

Myrza Méndez-Torres is a seasoned Spanish teacher with 20+ years of experience at North Rockland Central School District. She's excelled in teaching all levels and age ranges, including AP Spanish, where her students consistently surpassed global and state averages. Myrza also teaches dual enrollment courses, mentors students for the New York State Seal of Biliteracy, and has guided extracurricular clubs. She holds a BA in Hispanic Studies from University of Puerto Rico and an MS in TESOL from Mercy University, with extensive graduate courses and PD beyond her degrees.
